If for any reason you'd like to return a piece of jewellery, I will issue a refund on unused and unworn necklaces within 14 days or purchase.  Please contact me at sheisjewellery@outlook.com to make arrangements

Unfortunately for hygiene purposes I cannot refund or exchange earrings unless faulty

Please send jewellery well packaged and obtain a proof of postage. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the postage
